Shipping Estimate

We gladly offer free North America shipping on a minimum spend of $99 USD. 

*Due to covid-19 our logistics chain is impacted and delivery may take up to 28 days in some extreme cases. For this change we are willing to offer 10% refund for any significant delays beyond 28 days as we uphold our commitment of customer delight and satisfaction.  

*In case of delivery delay caused by unexpected courier difficulties or uncontrollable factors, rest assured that we will do our best to help minimize your inconvenience and provide customer care. 

Return & Exchange

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or damaged item, etc.) You should expect to receive your refund/store credit within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. 

Keep in mind that sale pieces or pieces purchased with special promo code other than the welcome discount are final sales and are only eligible for store credit or exchange.
